The client has held a survey amongst the guests. They were really happy about the program. The diversity of activities, choice of hotels, guide, etc. Overall, they rated the trip 9,8 out of 10 points. So, you and the entire team; well done and thanks a lot for the flexibility along the way when it came to sending the final rooming list only days prior to arrival, adapting venues because of the volcano, your guidance during the trip itself, etc.

The members all truly enjoyed each and every one of them and I know their creativity and resourcefulness were not only needed but appreciated on site, especially by me and Christine. I don’t think there were any major hiccups on issues on site and this is a reflection of a well prepared and well lead team. Odinn should be very proud and I was very impressed.
